Closed-loop Rejection

Closed-loop Rejection enables real-time product rejection directly from the conveyor belt using AI quality inspection. Integrated seamlessly with the FCI as an add-on, the overhead camera inspects products, rejects those that fail to meet quality standards, and visually confirms whether the rejection was successful. This ensures a complete feedback loop for maximum quality assurance.

Technically, this solution offers closed-loop feedback from inspection to rejector, while monitoring the rejector's action to confirm successful product rejection. It requires a direct connection between the EDGE computing device and the rejector via the SCADA/DCS system, and typically involves installation by a system integrator. This ensures precise, reliable, and automated quality control.
